Biography
Natalie serves as a Clinician II in the School-Based Mental Health and Wellness program and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adults, and families in schools, non-profit community-based organizations, healthcare settings, and in her telehealth private practice. In her role as a Clinician II she provides clinical supervision to pre-licensed associates and interns, offers clinical consultation to other licensed clinicians, supports behavioral health integration within schools, and provides clinical training to staff.
Natalie began her career with the Sacramento County Office of Education four years ago as a school-based clinician providing one-to-one therapy with students, mental health education and support for families and the school community at a K-8 school in a rural area of Sacramento. Natalie’s background includes classroom aide support for children with developmental disabilities, home visits and case studies for foster families, and community-based mental health support for underserved youth and families with child welfare and juvenile justice system involvement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Counseling/Marriage, Family and Child Therapy.
Natalie grew up in Solano County and now lives in Sacramento with her two teenage sons and their three cats. She enjoys trips to the beach, seeing as much of the world as possible through travel, and escaping into a good book.
